Has it been awhile since you’ve dined out at The Winds Steakhouse? Well now is the perfect time to visit because we’ve rolled out our new Summer Menu with some fabulous new fare to tempt your palate!

For starters, we have two delightful new appetizers that you won’t find anywhere else!

• Buffalo Chicken Birds Nests

Boneless chicken breast simmered in hot wing sauce, served on crispy potato “nests”, and topped with melted cheese, Bleu Cheese dressing, and scallions.

• Jamaican Bites

Bite-sized pieces of beef tenderloin seasoned with Spicy Jamaican Jerk and quick-fried for a crispy crust. Served with a mouth-cooling pineapple aioli and tropical salsa.

We’ve also introduced a refreshing new salad selection: Caprese Salad, the traditional fresh tomato, mozzarella, and basil summer treat from the sun-drenched island of Capri.

For your main course, we’ve added a mouth-watering 12-ounce Bone-in Filet – the most tender cut of steak, left on the bone for extra flavor, charbroiled, and served with oven-roasted mushrooms.

Seafood lovers will delight in our new Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli – tender ravioli stuffed with shrimp, lobster, fire-roasted tomatoes, and red pepper served with a heavenly mélange of grilled asparagus, Portobello mushrooms, purple onions, and red peppers in extra virgin olive oil and butter, and finished with a garnish of shaved Parmesan. Molto Bello!

Last, but by no means least, we have an absolutely irresistible new dessert: our Bavarian Cream Filled Horn – a sweet and flaky cornucopia-shaped puff pastry shell filled with rich vanilla bean pastry cream, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with fresh pineapple, orange, and strawberry compote. This is the very definition of ambrosial!

As always, The Winds proudly features an extensive selection of fine wines to enhance your dining pleasure, highlighted by our expertly chosen wine flights that give you the opportunity to sample a carefully harmonized assortment of varietals and vintages. The Winds is home to a top-shelf full-service bar, serving cocktails, cordials, and beers for every taste, as well as classic espresso-style coffees.

The Winds Steakhouse is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, from 5 to 11 p.m.
