Tender steak layered with Boursin Cheese and wrapped around lightly grilled bell peppers.
Course Two
Chicken Corn Chowder
Creamy cup of soup topped with Fourth of July Red, White and Blue Tortilla chips.
Course Three
Grilled Delmonico Steak
Petite center of the Ribeye charbroiled to your liking. Served with Tri-colored fingerling potatoes.
Course Four
Four Berry Tart
Layers of fresh Raspberries, Strawberries and Blueberries over Homemade Chantilly whipped cream.

Hand-rolled chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper, asparagus, and Alaskan king crab. Served atop a house-made beurre blanc.
