The Grand Rewards Players Club is a program that rewards Guests with cash, complimentaries and special offers for using your players club card while you play at Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley. Membership is free.

How Does the Card Work?
Insert your Grand Rewards Players Club card into a slot machine before you play. (Make sure that the green indicator light is on throughout your play.) Your card will collect points, based on how long you play and the amount of money that you play with. The points you collect stay on your card, even as you move from game to game and from visit to visit. When you’re ready to redeem your points, take your card to the Grand Rewards Players Club counter.

If you’re a blackjack player, hand your card to the dealer before you begin playing, and you will earn points and complimentaries on your play.

Trade Points for Cash
It pays to play with your Grand Rewards card! Twenty-five points equals $1 cash. The first time you redeem your points for cash, you must have a minimum of 250 points (good for $10 cash). After that, if you have at least 25 points on your card, you can trade them in for cash any time. Points may also get you prizes during special promotional periods. You’ll be amazed at how fast you collect points. Complimentaries are rewarded based on your level of play and what you are playing.

Your points stay on your card until you redeem them or for 18 months from the day that you earned them. If you lose your card, a new one will be issued, with all of your points intact. By playing with your Grand Rewards card, you can earn rewards, making you a winner every time!
